Maintenance method of diesel test bench fuel injector


1. Injector resistance check

Disassemble the injector wiring connector, and use a universal meter to measure the resistance between the nee -injector. The low -resistance fuel injector should be 2 ~ 3Q, and the high -resistance fuel injector should be 13 ~ 16Q, otherwise it should be replaced Ajet.


2. Injector dripping inspection

The fuel injection can be checked on the dedicated equipment. You can also remove the fuel injector and the oil pipe, and then connect to the fuel system. Use a special wire to use the tested terminal on the diagnostic seat to cross the 12V power supply. Then turn on the ignition switch, or use the battery to power the fuel pump directly. After the fuel pump works, observe the phenomenon of no drop in the injector. If you check the oil in the 1min in 1min, the fuel injection should be replaced.

 

3. Injection of fuel injection in the injector

The fuel injection amount of the injector can be checked on the dedicated equipment, and it can also be prepared according to the dripping inspection. After the fuel pump works, use the battery and wire to directly power the injector, and check the fuel injection amount of the injector in a cup. Each injector should be checked repeatedly 2 to 3 times, and the amount of fuel injection and uniformity of each cylinder injector shall meet the requirements, otherwise it should be cleaned or replaced with the fuel injector.



Note: 

The low -resistance fuel injector cannot be connected directly with the battery, and a 8-10Q additional resistor must be connected in series. In addition, the amount of fuel injection and uniformity of the injector in each model is different. The amount of fuel injection in the general injector is 50 ~ 70ml/15s, and the amount of fuel injection in each cylinder injector does not exceed 10%.
