RPD-100 is the latest upgraded rail pressure detector, which can detect the pressure on common rail diesel engines.
Various rail pressure sensors are manufactured by Bosch, Denso and Delphi.
RPD-100 can be used to diagnose common rail diesel engine fuel system failures at the site of a faulty vehicle without affecting the normal operation of the diesel engine ECU. It eliminates the inconvenience caused by using mechanical pressure gauges to detect rail pressure.
The RPD-100 rail pressure detector is an indispensable tool to help maintenance technicians diagnose common rail diesel engine starting difficulties, insufficient power and other faults on site.

Design Features:
●Compact and easy to use
●The following rail pressure sensors can be tested:
●Bosch, 0-2000bar
●Electronic installation, 0-2000bar
●Delphi, 0-2000bar
●The rail pressure sensor signal is connected to this instrument and the engine ECU at the same time, realizing real-time detection of rail pressure and ensuring the normal operation of the ECU.
●Actual measured ECU tV power supply voltage supplying rail pressure sensor
●Rail pressure overload alarm
●Powered by 3.7V lithium battery
●Battery power indicator, charging status indicator
● Complete set of accessories, including wiring harness and battery for Bosch, Denso and Delphi rail pressure sensors.

Detectable faults:
●Is the ECU+5V power supply normal?
●Is the ECU circuit related to the lock signal normal?
●Is the rail pressure sensor itself normal?
●Whether a sufficiently high rail pressure is generated during engine starting. Otherwise, the engine low-pressure oil circuit and high-pressure pump may be faulty.
