1. Brief description of booster pump test bench
The booster pump test bench is to imitate the actual working conditions of the car to facilitate maintenance personnel to judge and repair the working status of the booster pump.
2 Test bench system functions and parameters:
1. Drive mode: motor drive, power 7.5KW.
2. Speed regulation mode: frequency conversion speed regulation equipment, arbitrary forward and reverse rotation.
3. Loading method: Fully automatic ESC proportional valve loading 30MPa.
4. Display mode: The computer displays the speed, flow, mechanical efficiency, volumetric efficiency, noise, pressure, and the pressure is dually displayed by the computer and the shock-resistant pressure gauge. Self-priming fuel supply mode.
5. Test components: mainly test hydraulic pumps.
6. Motor steering: both left and right rotation can be tested. The lateral test of the oil pump is added to test the pressure and flow rate under the working conditions of 800, 1500, and 2800r/min, respectively, and display them on the computer. The speed can be freely modified.
7. Motor pump connection: rubber sleeve connection. Install a torque sensor.
8. Collection of leaked oil: one oil return tank.
9 Inlet and return oil filtration: 80μm oil inlet filter element, 30μm oil return filter element.
3 Preparation
3.1 Check accessories
After receiving the goods, open the packing box, please check whether the contents of the packing box are consistent with the packing list, if any items are missing, please contact the after-sales service personnel in time.
If the test system is in good condition and the accessories are complete, follow the steps below.
3.2 Check the input power of the device before connecting to the power source.
4 Instructions for use
1) The user reads this manual carefully before using the booster pump test bench.
2) This manual is written based on the existing functions and product configuration of the product. If new functions and configurations are added, this manual will be revised accordingly. The company has the right to modify the manual without prior notice to you.
3) Please read the "Precautions" and "Instructions for Use" of the manual carefully to ensure that you can perform the test safely and correctly.
5 Precautions for use
1) Operators must operate in accordance with the industry and related repair safety rules. Pay special attention to environmental factors such as surrounding acid and alkali, poisonous gas, high-pressure heavy objects, and items that are prone to sparks to prevent equipment damage or personal injury.
2) It is strictly forbidden to splash corrosive liquids such as water and diesel into the LCD screen, the inside of the test bench and the electrical connection parts.
3) There are precision electronic instruments inside the test bench, please do not drop them.
4) When using the wiring harness and plug, please use screws as far as possible to prevent failure due to improper connection. If the display is flickering or blue, the program is interrupted or the screen is blurred, please turn off the power, check the external power supply and restart the test.
5) It is strictly forbidden to turn on the main power switch when there is no fuel in the fuel tank to prevent the heater from being damaged by dry burning!
6) It is strictly forbidden to stand on the front of the operation room when the test bench is running for the first time to prevent high pressure leakage from causing danger. When the equipment is running, the operator is not allowed to stand in the operation room every time the tested fuel injector is installed and started. front! ! !
6 About security
To ensure safe operation, please follow the following rules:
1) Use independent dedicated sockets and perform reliable grounding. If the power supply voltage is unstable, please use a power supply regulator for power supply;
2) Regularly check whether the AC power cord is in good condition, and whether there is dust accumulation on the power plug or power socket;
3) If the controller appears abnormal, or emits abnormal sounds or smells, or the controller becomes too hot to touch, please stop using it immediately and unplug the AC power cord and all other connections from the power socket.
4) If the controller fails, please contact the after-sales service personnel to get the necessary help.
7 Use and maintenance
1) Do not throw, drop or step on the control system to avoid damage to the control system by strong external impact;
2) Do not insert foreign objects into the connector part of the controller;
3) Do not pour water or other liquids into or on the controller;
4) Do not touch the terminals of the AC power cord with wet hands;
5) Do not allow dust or foreign objects to accumulate around the terminals of the AC power supply. Dust and foreign objects accumulated on the AC power terminals may cause fire or electric shock;
6) Please unplug the power cord when cleaning the controller.
