The test bench must be installed in a house that is dry, transported from corrosive gases, and is not susceptible to wind and sand. The ambient temperature is generally at 5-35 °C.

2.Installation of the test bench

The test bench must put the vibrating rubber pads on the horizontal ground, and there should be a certain space around the test bench for easy operation.

3.Power distribution of the test bench

Power requirements: Three -phase and four -wire 380V/Hz, the four -core cable of the power line, matching the cable size according to the main motor of the test bench.

Allow voltage fluctuations: -15%-10%

Frequency fluctuation: 5%

4.Hydraulic oil selection of test bench

Oil standard: Inject ISOVG46 anti -wear -resistant hydraulic oil that meets technical requirements.

Hydraulic oil volume: 100L, customized according to the test bench.

5.The wiring steps of the test bench:

First, the cable is led to the test Taipower valve through the ditch or the sheeping tube, and the cable is pushed to the bottom of the bottom plate of the pilot panel through the test platform to the test bench. The root line is pressed to the wiring terminal R, S, T, O, and "e" must be reliable.

6.Requirements for fuel injection of fuel tank:

(1) The fuel tank must be cleaned before hydraulic oil is injected into the fuel tank;

(2) The hydraulic oil must be strictly filtered before the fuel tank is injected. The mechanical impurities contained in the oil should be controlled within 0.05mm;

(3) The hydraulic oil level is more than 2/3 of the oil label, and it is displayed according to the liquid level.

Remarks: Check the voltage oil level before booting, and add it in time; pay attention to the high -pressure filter should be cleaned or replaced in time, and it is usually cleaned once in half a year.

7.Power -powered debugging test bench host

The other end of the three -phase and four -line cable (there must be a three -phase and four -wire plug). After the automatic protection switch is connected to the grid, the automatic protection switch is closed to the test platform to send electricity.

According to the direction of the hydraulic pump installed, select the switch at the main axis of the test bench, and select the appropriate spin.

8.Connection of hydraulic pump pipeline:

(1) First select the appropriate bracket or coupling of the hydraulic pump, fix it on the work table

(2) The equipment oil supply pipe is connected to the hydraulic pump to synchronize the return to the oil pipe; pay attention to the accuracy of the pipeline

(3) When the gas source blows away or clean, use the gas source nozzle

9.All connections are completed and can be tested normally.

10.The debugging is over, so that the test bench can be put into use.
