2. Function Introduction (double-chamber or three-chamber test)

This test bench is used mainly for testing performance of air compressor,

master valve, air chamber, quick release valve and four-circuit valve,etc in

brake system of various vehicles, and carrying out double-chamber or

three-chamber test of master valve.

Test items:

1.Air compressor: The time required by air compressor to reach the specified

pressure value when run at the rated speed.

2.Master valve: the time required to inflate air from main tank into air

chamber through master valve, and test the air impermeability of the master

valve.

3.Wheel cylinder: after air is inflated from main tank into air chamber to

reach the set pressure value, hold the pressure.

4. Quick release valve: test its air impermeability and quick exhaust

performance.

5.Relay valve: on-off and air impermeability performance.

6.Four-circuit valve: air impermeability, each opening pressure and

sequence.

7.Differential valve: on-off and air impermeability performance.

8.Test the performance of soleniod valve in automobile braking system.
