Brief Introduction

This turbo charger test bench can adjust to many type of performance test for engine turbo super charger, it can let the dynamic detection for turbo super charger of boost pressure, air mass flow,lubrication condition, use touch screen control data display.And it can air inflow for all kinds of pressurizer—then processing contrast test and read data.

This product can adjust many of performance test for engine turbo super charger—including inlet air pressure, exhaust pressure and exhaust throughput and turbine speed. This product use high pressure airstream generator, frequency control, combine speed sensor and flow transducer advanced technology, and the equipment synthesis technique can advanced the level in china.

Installation

1,  Connect it to power source with: 380V50Hz 3phase

2, Install the turbocharger on right clamp of the test bench, connect oil in pipe and oil out pipe to the turbocharger

Notice: Before switch off power outage, take down the turbo charger to avoid any damage of turbo charger when falling down

3， Use the white reflective of random attach, and then cut down about 1cm clip and stick it on the rotating blade (Not inside the blade, otherwise the sensing element can not catch it ) .speed sensor shall be aim at reflective sticker and keep 3-4cm distance . If the white reflective sticker can’t work properly , white painting also can take place of the sticker

4, The button of “emergency stop ”is for urgency, it can switch off the machine when something urgency.
