The general hard support dynamic balancing machines produced by our company are organized and produced in strict accordance with GB / T 4201-2006. They all adopt roller support, including universal coupling drive, ring belt drive, etc.The industrial control computer carries out data processing, and the 19 inch LCD screen displays: unbalance, phase angle and real-time speed.The software adopts GB-2000 general microcomputer balance measurement system, runs under windows, and has automatic program-controlled amplification module, which is simple to operate and convenient to use.Vector graphics, wave pattern and unbalance are displayed at the same time.It has the characteristics of high efficiency, accurate precision, intuitive display, reliable quality and convenient maintenance.It can realize arbitrary input of realistic parameters, arbitrary calibration, fixture compensation at any angle, self inspection, prompt of qualified quantity, multiple display modes of residual unbalance g (g) and unbalance torque g.cm (g * cm), g.mm (g * mm), automatic storage of measurement results,operation of all Chinese menu structures and automatic prompt.
