Working Principle

The oil pump is installed in the oil tank immersed in hydraulic oil to achieve the purpose of scientific heat dissipation and mute design, the oil pump in the motor drive, the output of hydraulic oil, push the plunger movement in the buckling cylinder, resulting in radial contraction of the die seat, to achieve the mold on the hose connector jacket extrusion. When the contraction amount reaches the predetermined value of micrometer, the extrusion automatically stops, the electromagnetic reversing valve reverses the direction, the plunger in the cylinder reverses the movement, the mold is opened, and the buckling of the hose is completed.
