1. instructions

1) Please read this manual carefully before using EUI eup-a common rail injector test bench

2) This manual is prepared according to the existing functions and product configurations of the product. If new functions and configurations are added, this manual will be modified accordingly.The company has the right to modify the manual without prior notice to you

3) Please carefully read the "precautions" and "instructions for use" in the manual to ensure that you can test safely and correctly

2. Precautions for protection and use

1) Operators must perform operations in accordance with the industry standards for oil pump repair and relevant safety regulations for diesel electronic control system maintenance. Special attention should be paid to environmental factors such as surrounding acids, alkalis, toxic gases, heavy objects under high pressure, and items prone to generating sparks to prevent equipment damage or personal injury.

2) It is strictly prohibited to splash corrosive liquids such as water or diesel onto the LCD screen, inside the test bench, or at electrical connection points.

3) This test bench contains precision electronic instruments; do not drop or damage them.

4) When using cable harnesses and plugs, always secure them with screws to prevent loose connections that may cause malfunctions. If the display flashes, shows a blue screen, experiences program interruptions, or displays a blank screen, turn off the power, check the external power supply, and restart the device for testing.

5) Do not turn on the main power switch when no fuel is present in the tank to prevent damage caused by dry burning of the heater! 

6) High voltage is present during operation of this test bench; exercise extreme caution during testing!!! 

7) During initial startup, personnel must not stand in front of the control room to avoid hazards from high-voltage leakage. After each clamping operation on a fuel injector being tested, operators are strictly prohibited from standing directly in front of the control room during the first startup!!!

3. Safety: 

To ensure safe operation, please follow these rules:

1) Use a dedicated independent socket and ensure reliable grounding. This device requires a three-phase, five-wire 380V power supply; verify proper grounding. 

2) If the power voltage is unstable, use a voltage stabilizer. 

3) Regularly inspect the AC power cord for integrity and check the power plug or socket for dust accumulation. 

4) If the control unit exhibits abnormal behavior, emits unusual sounds or odors, or becomes excessively hot to the touch, immediately cease operation and disconnect the AC power cord and all other connections from the socket.

5) If the control unit malfunctions, please contact after-sales service personnel for assistance.
