1、 Overview
With the upcoming implementation of the national six emission standard, DPF will become a topic that new and old car owners can't avoid in the future.Although DPF can be regenerated during use, some ash substances will gradually accumulate and eventually block DPF, so DPF needs to be cleaned regularly.
The DPF high-temperature regeneration furnace heats the carrier to a high temperature of 600 ℃ to degrade carbon particles. After natural cooling, the DPF carrier is cleaned through the purging process of the pneumatic DPF cleaner.The advantage of DPF is that it is easy to clean and regenerate the carrier after high temperature, and it is easy to master the DPF carrier. DPF has the advantages of short cleaning time and environmental protection.
SCR doc DPF intelligent high temperature regeneration furnace is designed according to three-phase five wire wiring. It is recommended to connect reliable grounding during use.
3、 Usage and operation method
During normal use, put the device into the furnace, close the furnace door, select start, and the equipment starts heating.
Before using the test bench, you should be familiar with the function and use method of each operation button, as shown in the figure below:
Real time temperature: display the real-time temperature value in the furnace.
Target temperature: displays the expected arrival temperature of the current working section.
Running time: displays the running time of the current working section.
In the working process, the temperature curve will be displayed in real time.With the working process, the current working segment will be displayed in real time.
Parameter setting: the temperature, duration and power used during heating of the three working sections can be set respectively as required.The heating power can be according to the electrical load equipment of each plant to prevent overload operation.
