Pay special attention to new concepts;

Before starting the regeneration, perform a pressure test on the equipment to determine if there is gas discharge at the tail end of the exhaust pipe and if there is any leakage at the connections. After the regeneration back pressure exceeds 40KPa, the equipment will alarm and check if the carrier has been washed, displaced, sintered, and does not have the ability to regenerate. It is recommended to replace the carrier.

Handling methods; First, clean or blow out the exhaust pipe until the back pressure drops below 35KPa, and perform preliminary dredging at a regeneration temperature of around 200 degrees until gas is discharged from the tail end of the exhaust pipe! Only then can high-temperature regeneration be carried out.

Please check the alarm bar in a timely manner when the device is in an alarm state.

 

Pay special attention to high-temperature boxes;

Before starting the regeneration, check and cut the carrier as much as possible, and place it facing downwards.

Remove excess carbon deposits and urea crystal blocks from the surface.

Equipment usage precautions and knowledge points

 

It is strictly prohibited to power off during equipment heating and use!

1) Before regeneration, check the back pressure of the exhaust pipe in the vehicle, and then conduct a test after regeneration to form a comparison before and after regeneration (the equipment shows that the back pressure can only be used as reference data before and after regeneration)

2) Adjust the time and temperature reasonably according to the size of the carrier and the degree of blockage in order to achieve the effect!

3) The high-temperature materials inside the high-pressure thermal energy converter are fragile! Ensure stable placement when connecting and fixing, with an angle not exceeding 45 degrees! Beware of severe vibrations, falls, and bumps!

4) After the device detects that the back pressure exceeds 40KP, it will display a high back pressure and alarm to automatically execute the initial temperature value. After the back pressure drops, the regeneration temperature will be executed. After the alarm is held, an emergency stop reset can be taken to execute the high air pressure alarm in the regeneration temperature and shutdown inspection.

5) The total operating time is a combination of heating time, holding time, and regeneration time

6) After the regeneration is completed, it is necessary to perform explosive blowing!

Check the cause of exhaust pipe blockage for reasonable regeneration;

1) The quality of urea crystallization is good or bad. The crystals formed by urea can be dissolved after using them well at a temperature of over 400 degrees. The crystals formed by secondary urea should be checked for carrier damage and displacement (it is recommended to replace the carrier)

2) For blockages in the exhaust pipe caused by square urea crystals, the first step is to treat them with large crystals before regeneration. The regeneration time should be extended as much as possible and outdoor operations should be carried out,

After regeneration is completed, cutting for high-pressure blowing and cleaning of the internal carrier has a better effect.

 

 

Product Use

Intelligent post-processing regeneration equipment is an intelligent and easy to operate DPF regeneration equipment, suitable for the comprehensive removal of carbon deposits and particles in the post-processing DPF system of national six passenger, freight, and heavy truck vehicles. It does not need to be cut, and through precise high-temperature decomposition of carbon deposits, the DPF is truly non-destructive, restoring the DPF system components to a good state, thereby achieving the purpose of regeneration!

 

Special reminder!

1. The power supply wire of the equipment is greater than the national standard 4X6 square load is greater than 60A, and must be equipped with a zero line, and cannot be reversed. N is the zero line (not the ground wire), and is equipped with a Residual-current device and effective grounding!

It is strictly prohibited to power off during equipment heating and use! May cause damage to the thermal converter

2. The voltage should not be lower than 380V, as internal electrical appliances of the equipment will be damaged below 380V.

4. Check whether the temperature value is normal every time you start the machine!

6. The device can generate surface high temperature during operation. Please wear protective measures when touching the device!

7. Please turn off the main power supply when the device is not in use.

 

Environmental conditions for use

 

1) Environmental temperature; 0 ℃ -50 ℃;

2) Relative humidity 0% -65%;

3) Ventilation, no vibration, no dust, flammable gases, oil mist, dripping water;

4) It is strictly prohibited to stack flammable and explosive materials within 1 meter around the equipment!

5) It is recommended to use the equipment in an outdoor workspace and install an exhaust mechanism for indoor use!

 

Usage and precautions

 

1) Power supply connection; When connecting the power cord to the 380V air switch with leakage protection, a zero line must be installed. Pay attention to distinguishing between the zero and live wires, and do not connect the equipment shell to the ground wire incorrectly (N is the zero line). After safe connection, use a multimeter to measure and ensure that there are no errors before starting the equipment.

2) Check if the instrument is in a safe and energized state.

3) After the power switch is turned on, the power indicator light lights up and the operation screen lights up normally.

4) Select operating mode (high-temperature box A1)

High temperature box mode;

1) Preparation before regeneration; Adjust the "Initial Temperature" and other settings in the "Setting Interface", which can be adjusted according to the degree of blockage in the exhaust pipe,

2) The 'set temperature value' refers to the temperature to be measured for each stage, while the 'real-time temperature value' refers to the temperature inside the cabin.

3) Total operating time "refers to the total operating time of the regeneration.

4) The Unit of time of the "End Countdown" is minute, which means the remaining time after the "Regeneration Temperature" reaches.

5) Cooling fan "refers to the use after regeneration to accelerate the cooling rate inside the cabin

6) The 'Start' button displays' Starting 'and can be activated to automatically complete regeneration. The regeneration process will effectively place the protective fence! Manual button opens to A1

Regeneration process

1) Use a lift truck or hand lift to smoothly place the recycled parts in a high-temperature furnace for safe placement and effective fixation. Cut the recycled parts facing down or back!

2) Close the furnace door and ensure it is securely locked.

3) Set the regeneration temperature and time.

4) Press the "Start" key on the Home screen to display that it is in the process of starting, and the regeneration can be completed automatically.

5) Real time temperature value: Only when the natural temperature drops below around 200 degrees can the high-temperature box door be safely opened! Take out the recycled parts smoothly with protective measures using a lift truck.

6) Long working hours of the regeneration furnace can cause high temperature on the surface of the equipment, and unprotected contact is strictly prohibited!

 

Introduction to High Temperature Box Settings

1) Holding time: The Unit of time is minute, which refers to the holding time after the arrival of Initial Temperature and Middle Temperature. It is recommended that the minimum value be set to 2 minutes. The factory set values for "Initial Temperature" and "Intermediate Temperature" are 200-400 degrees Celsius.

2 "Regeneration time" refers to the holding time after the "regeneration temperature" reaches, and it is recommended to set the value to 50-100 minutes based on the size of the regenerated parts and the degree of blockage. The factory set value of 'Regeneration Temperature' is 600 degrees.

3. It is recommended to set the SCR "regeneration temperature" to around 500-550 degrees Celsius, with a regeneration time of about 60 minutes, and set the DPF "constant temperature" to around 550-600 degrees Celsius, with a regeneration time of about 60 minutes.

5) After the regeneration is completed, the cooling fan will automatically start for a certain time.
