Instructions for use：

1. Adjustment for grinding angle of machine：

First determine the valve angle, then release the machine tool angle fixing handle, then adjust the scale to the same position as the valve angle.

2. Valve positioning device adjustment：

According to the diameter of the valve disc, select the driving rubber block, then install the rubber block into the driver, open the V cylinder switch and adjust the moving frame holder and cylinder top column according to the length of the valve rod. Adjust the drive line center handwheel so that the drive rubber block and valve in the same line. Turn off the cylinder switch and the valve is installed.

3. Valve working ring grinding：

The left hand holds the worktable walking scale handwheel, rotates the moving table. Hold the grinding wheel moving handle in the right hand and move the grinding wheel to the left so that the wheel is 2- -3 mm away from the valve, start the grinding wheel, drive and oil pump switch. Left and right hand adjustment so that the valve and grinding wheel gently contact, start grinding. Until the grinding ring is bright, the left hand rotates the hand wheel 360 counterclockwise, the right hand moves the grinding wheel to close to the switch wheel ,stop. Press the cylinder switch to remove the valve. Follow the above steps to process the next valve.

4. Valve end grinding：

First move the wheel to the nearest proximity switch, press the switch and the wheel can rotate. Tighten the grinding wheel platform limit fixed bolt. The valve is fixed to the v slot of the double v slot fixing frame, the grinding wheel motor is started, and the calibration knob is adjusted for grinding.

5.Chamfering grinding of valve end：

Fix the valve rod to the valve and adjust the position, then fix the valve to the v slot fixing support. Adjust the distance between the support and the grinding wheel ,start the grinding wheel. Right hand rotating valve,The left hand adjusts the dial knob to grinding.
