The MINI12PSB-H fuel injection pump test bench is the latest generation of fuel injection pump test bench, which is improved on the basis of the introduction of foreign advanced technology, and is designed and developed by itself. The main drive of this product adopts the most advanced frequency conversion speed regulation technology today, and the stepless speed regulation range can reach 0-4000 rpm, with stable speed, large output torque and ultra-low noise. The test bench speed, fuel injection count, and fuel temperature are all digitally displayed, and the air pressure is displayed by a mechanical meter. The display is clear, the work is reliable, and the control accuracy is high. The most prominent feature of the test bench is: ten groups of spindle speed settings are stored, the number keys can directly switch the speed, and the speed deviation automatic correction function is provided, the preset speed is fast, and the accuracy is high, which can greatly improve the work efficiency.




Main Features

(1) The main engine drive adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, and the speed regulation range: ±4000 rpm; 

(2) Four-digit display is adopted for oil metering count and spindle speed; 

(3) The fuel temperature is displayed in three digits; 

(4) The gas pressure is displayed by a mechanical meter; 

(5) It is provided with an internal air pump, and the adjustable range of air pressure is: positive pressure 0~4MPa; Negative pressure -0.03~0MPa; 

(6) With 12V/24V DC power supply; 

(7) The main engine is a channel steel frame structure, and the overall structure is compact and stable. The inertia wheel is installed after the high-speed dynamic balance test to make the speed stable without vibration; (8) The shell adopts electrostatic spraying, and the shell is beautiful; 

(9) The oil collection tank can be rotated left and right, and can also be adjusted up and down; 

(10) The test bench has an emergency stop button; 

(11) The test bench has protections such as undervoltage, overvoltage, overheating, and overload;

Function Introduction

According to the oil pump to be debugged, the appropriate accessories can be selected, and the following items can be tested: (1) Test the fuel supply amount and fuel supply uniformity of each cylinder of the fuel injection pump at different speeds; (2) Test the fuel supply starting point and fuel supply interval angle of the fuel injection pump; (3) Inspection and adjustment of the working performance of the governor; (4) Test and inspection of the performance of the pressure compensator; (5) Testing and adjustment of the working performance of the distribution pump; (6) Inspection of the performance of the solenoid valve of the distribution pump; (7) Measuring the oil return volume of the distribution pump at various speeds; (8) The internal pressure measurement of the distribution pump at various speeds; (9) Sealing performance test of distribution pump; (10) The oil pump can be inspected by installing the self-priming oil supply pipe.
