The steering gear test bench is based on the special standards for automobile power steering gear (commonly known as hydraulic steering gear) "QC/T306-1999 Automobile Power Steering Control Valve Assembly Bench Test Method" and "QC/T529-2000 Automobile Power Steering Gear Assembly" Bench Test Methods" design requirements and other relevant standards. It is designed based on the failures of the power steering gear and the power steering pump, and is a comprehensive performance testing platform for power steering gear that integrates the maintenance and testing of the power steering gear and the power steering pump. The testing equipment has simple operation, convenient maintenance and high testing accuracy. 

The qualification rate of power steering gear and power steering pump tested by this testing platform reaches 100%.

The steering gear test bench adopts oil pressure system, host frequency conversion speed regulation, arbitrary preset speed, digital meter display, and constant temperature control of test oil.

   Mainly detect the symmetry of the steering gear, left and right torque, internal leakage, steering, and unilateral heaviness. Various hydraulic steering system failures such as the working pressure, flow rate, tightness of the power steering pump and the tightness of related valves. The hydraulic pump can be used to adjust the working conditions of the hydraulic system at any time to detect various parameters of the components. It is especially suitable for the detection and testing of hydraulic steering and working performance of heavy-duty vehicles. The machine uses pressure gauges to display various parameters such as torque and working pressure. Adjustment items: Heavy steering, shock vibration, unstable steering, steering rebound, steering noise, oil leakage.
